Audio books are awesome for foreign language learners!
For serious learners, please follow the steps to learn efficiently.
1. Listen to a short paragraph for 1~3 times; try to repeat after that;
2. Do dictation, which means write down every word you've heard.
3. Check the script.
4. Compare what you've missed and you don't understand. check the dictionary or ask your teacher.
