There are tons of singers performing this song, which lyrics is actually wrote by a poet, Su Shi(蘇軾ㄙㄨ ㄕˋ), in a Mid-Autumn Festival in the 11th century. Check wikipedia to know more about this poem, Shui Diao Ge Tou(水調歌頭 ㄕㄨㄟˇ ㄉㄧㄠˋ ㄍㄜ ㄊㄡˊ).

The original version from Teresa Teng(鄧麗君ㄉㄥˋㄌㄧˋ ㄐㄩㄣ):

The name of the poem is "Shui Diao Ge Tou(水調歌頭ㄕㄨㄟˇ ㄉㄧㄠˋ ㄍㄜ ㄊㄡˊ)", but nowadays, people call this song as "Dan Yuan Ren Chang Jiu(但願人長久 ㄉㄢˋ ㄩㄢˋ ㄖㄣˊ ㄔㄤˊ ㄐㄧㄡˇ)", which is a sentence from the poem.

Search "但願人長久" in Youtube, you'll find different versions of it.
Such as:
Faye Wong(王菲 ㄨㄤˊ ㄈㄟ),

Terry Lin(林志炫 ㄌㄧㄣˊ ㄓˋ ㄒㄩㄢˋ),

, who also performed the mixed version with traditional Peking Opera(京劇ㄐㄧㄥ ㄐㄩˋ),

even with the different melody from Jacky Hok-Yau Cheung(張學友ㄓㄤ ㄒㄩㄝˊ ㄧㄡˇ).
