The name of the poem is "Shui Diao Ge Tou(水調歌頭ㄕㄨㄟˇ ㄉㄧㄠˋ ㄍㄜ ㄊㄡˊ)", but nowadays, people call this song as "Dan Yuan Ren Chang Jiu(但願人長久 ㄉㄢˋ ㄩㄢˋ ㄖㄣˊ ㄔㄤˊ ㄐㄧㄡˇ)", which is a sentence from the poem.
